RCMP Honour Roll Inductees added to the Canadian Virtual War Memorial
The Canadian Virtual War Memorial (CVWM) is a registry and a permanent tribute to more than 118,000 Canadians and Newfoundlanders (prior to Confederation in 1949) who gave their lives while serving in uniform. The CVWM now includes the names of fallen RCMP members who lost their lives while on duty.
The memorial is based on individual entry pages, each listing the name and ranks of a deceased member and the date they died. Information on an individual's service number, age and date of death, citations, honours and awards, and burial information is also available.
Family and friends are welcome to upload memorabilia such as photos, documents and medals to the entries.
Do you have any photos, documents, or other scanned material that help tell the story of any of our fallen members? To help build the CVWM, add your digital files to the collection.
