On July 9, 2024, as part of an ongoing investigation, Thompson RCMP General Investigation Section (GIS), executed a warrant at a residence on Yale Avenue, in Thompson.
Officers seized approximately 113 grams of cocaine, over $3000.00 in cash, weapons and drug paraphernalia.
Three adults were arrested.
A 26-year-old female from Thompson is facing a charge a Possession of cocaine. She was released from custody with an upcoming court date.
A 16-year-old male from Winnipeg has been charged with Resisting Arrest, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.
Tyrone Whitmore, 18, from Winnipeg, has been charged with Resisting Arrest, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Fail to Comply x2.
Both were remanded into custody.
