RCMP seeking public’s help following theft

Update, July 30, 2024: The trailer that was reported as stolen from Sussex, N.B., on July 19, 2024, has been recovered. The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance.

The Sussex RCMP is seeking the public's help locating a stolen trailer from the community.

The theft is believed to have occurred on July 15, 2024, at approximately 3:35 a.m., from a business on Leonard Drive in Sussex. Police have reason to believe the trailer was stolen by three individuals driving a black Toyota Tundra.

The trailer is described as a grey 2022 flat deck, with New Brunswick licence plate TUR 829, and vehicle identification number 2W9FS83J6NR081481.

Police are releasing surveillance footage photos in hopes that, despite the quality, someone may recognize the person or vehicle in connection with the theft.
