The Caraquet RCMP is asking for the public's help to locate a stolen jeep from Bertrand, N.B.

The theft is believed to have occurred between September 15, 2024, at 5 p.m. and September 16, 2024, at 9 a.m. from a parking lot on Des Acadiens Boulevard in Bertrand.

The vehicle is described as a dark green 2008 Jeep Wrangler, with New Brunswick licence plate KEI 640, and vehicle identification number 1J4GA39198L582094. The vehicle has a noticeable green halo around its headlights and also has a metal bumper in the front and rear, as well as a winch.

Anyone who has seen the vehicle since the night of September 15, or who has information that could help further the investigation is asked to contact the Caraquet RCMP at 506-726-5222.
