Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP investigates theft of boat, motor and trailer, seeks public’s assistance identifying driver of involved truck

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is investigating the theft of a boat, motor and trailer that was stolen from a business on Cromer Avenue in Grand Falls-Windsor. The theft occurred on July 15, 2024.

At approximately 2:30 a.m. on Monday, a newer model white GMC pickup truck was observed on video surveillance at the business towing the stolen property away. An image of the truck is attached.

The following items were stolen:

  • A 2002 red and white Pro Line boat
  • A 2023 Yamaha 300 hp outboard motor
  • A 2015 Venture boat trailer (NL licence plate TKP 066)

The estimated value of the stolen property is more than $70,000.00.

The investigation is continuing.

Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is seeking assistance from the public.
