On May 23, 2024 at approximately 12:35 p.m., Canora RCMP received a report of a break-in and mischief at the Good Spirit Scout Camp in Good Spirit Provincial Park.
Investigation has determined an unknown individual or individuals broke into multiple buildings at the camp. The suspect or suspects smashed the buildings' windows and damaged multiple doors causing extensive damage that the organization estimates will cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. No items were reported as stolen.
Investigators have reason to believe the break and enter occurred during the evening of May 22 or the morning of May 23.
