Media representatives are invited to attend the RCMP in Quebec's Change of Command ceremony. The ceremony will mark the symbolic handover of authority from outgoing Commanding Officer François Deschênes to incoming Commanding Officer Martin Roach.
RCMP Commissioner Mike Duheme will participate in the ceremony and deliver remarks.
Mr. Roach will be available after the ceremony to answer questions from the media.

Media Registration
Access to the ceremony is restricted. Media representatives must register in advance by contacting the Communications Office for the RCMP in Quebec at cdiv.communications@rcmp-grc.gc.ca by no later than 12 p.m. (EST) on October 27, 2023.
Media representatives are asked to arrive by 12:30 p.m. to allow time to go through security and get settled.
